It's that time of the week that you've been waiting for: Certified Banger Thursdays at TheHouseDepot.net. But before we profile the track we would like to say a few words. We go through hundreds of tracks every week to find the one remix that puts all others to test and then lays them all down to rest. Sfunk, MiamiVice, and myself are passionate and obsessed about House Music. We live it day in and day out. Just like the 50 year old surfer who has rode waves for decades and continues to ride for the next, better, more perfect wave. We too, continue to search for the next, better, more perfect, track, set, and remix. We strive to find the best because to accept mediocrity is unacceptable to the Depot and the Diehards who follow.
Every Thursday, we give the honor and award of the Certified Banger Status to one select track that continues to push the House Music envelope. A Certified Banger can't be just any track. You can't just listen to it once and get bored. A Certified Banger needs to pierce ears and satisfy your deepest House Music passions and expectations. We put our name, our reputation, and our stamp of approval on the line to make sure you get the best because you deserve the best. With that said, The House Depot presents to you this weeks Certified Banger.
Today, for the first time in House Depot history we are awarding the Certified Banger to the same DJ's for the second time in our brief history. Dabruck and Klien nailed it this week and threw out a remix which we couldn't ignore. They first blew us away with a remix of Celvin Rotane- I Believe which was the 2nd Certified Banger that we have ever profiled. After today, the House Depot and the rest of the world will know how dangerous a Dabruck and Klien track can be, stunning dance floors across the world.
Their remix of Marc O Tool's - The Music Got Me hits hard and nasty. From the very beginning we could tell that we were in for a treat and we were not disappointed. This mix stomps on inexperience and shows all of us exactly what true talent is. The baseline pimp slaps any listener who dare oppose Dabruck and Klien's wrath. The track is well balanced and keeps you on the edge of your seat until the break drops which we can't even explain in words what we felt when we first heard it. It is a remarkable piece of music and I warn everyone to please use caution when listening.
